As a Sports Management graduate and certified scout (PFSA Level 1 & 2), I combine professional sports training principles with an analytical, technical eye. My focus is on developing the individual skills of children and youth in a highly encouraging, energetic, and structured environment.

Every 60-minute session in the park follows a clear and motivating structure:

Warm-up & Ball Familiarity (10 mins):
Dynamic movement and fun coordination drills to get comfortable with the ball and ensure a safe, injury-free start.

Technique & Coordination (25 mins):
Structured cone and slalom drills focusing intensively on ball control, passing accuracy with both feet, and proper body mechanics.

Game Intelligence & Tactics (15 mins):
Leveraging my background in tactical analysis and opposition scouting, I teach players how to read the pitch, scan for open spaces, lose their marker, and make smart decisions during active play.

Cool-down & Feedback (10 mins):
A fun concluding challenge (such as a shooting drill) followed by a positive feedback chat to actively build player confidence.
