English as a Second Language teacher for all ages - from kindergarten to adults who want to practice conversational English.

My technique in teaching English as a Second Language to learners from 5 to 60 years old evolved naturally as years went by from Sept 1996 to June 2011.
I develop a list of vocabulary for learning, usage and spelling. Every lesson has a test that covers the three elements. I use relevant English books/workbooks based on the level of English of the student, no matter how low it is. I teach basic grammar. Casual conversation is encouraged. I assign movies to watch. It is discussed extensibly during the lesson. Books are given to be read that will also be discussed in class. My number one (1) focus is for my students to be comfortable and confident in the use of the English language. My measures of the success of the tutorial are my students’ excellent grades in school, entrance to their desired schools for university or other further studies, formed friendships with English speakers, not to mention exemplary fluency and command of the language.
