Educator and Leadership Developer Supporting Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness

I’m Alejandro, a 30-year-old educator and MA student at Freie Universität Berlin with nearly a decade of experience supporting students and educators across K–12 and higher education. My work has increasingly focused on emotional intelligence, restorative practices, leadership development, mindfulness, and relationship-centered approaches to learning.
