I have work experience of 14 years in learning and development, human resources, people experience, project management, operations, leadership and expert trainings and facilitations across Germany, The Netherlands, U.A.E., and India. With a MSc. in Learning & Development in Organisations, and a MBA in Human Resources, my objective is to create safe spaces for individuals to connect, feel heard and valued, and support lasting behaviour change.
