Dear coachee, If you're looking to develop and/or strengthen your leadership and communication skills, then I'd love to have a chat. As you coach, my goal is to provide a safe space and partner with you around your professional growth and development. My approach is simple, yet effective. We start with where you are right now, where you want to be and why that matters to you. Once we establish the base, we then move onto creating an action plan to get you to your goal. It is your job to provide the content and context and my job is to guide the process and support you along the way. During our sessions, you can expect me to be fully present, curious and open to feedback so that we can co-create the coaching process to give you the most value. I will push you and hold you accountable when needed, but I will also give you space and silence whenever you need it.
