Sessions are held on a one-on-one basis and the content is shaped according to your personal needs and goals.I create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your struggles and work towards meaningful change. With 4 years of clinical experience and an academic background in psychology, I bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy to every session.

Alongside my clinical work, I am currently conducting my PhD research on work-related stress, which keeps me closely connected to the evolving challenges of professional life and the changing dynamics of the working world. This gives me a deeper understanding of the pressures that students and individuals may face not only today but in the future as well. I find it truly meaningful to support those who are navigating these challenges – whether you're a student preparing for professional life or someone looking for guidance along the way. Sessions can be conducted in both English and Turkish, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
