Method: My lessons are simple, clear, and tailored to each student's age and proficiency level. For younger children, I incorporate songs, images, and games. For middle school students and older learners, I use progressive exercises, dialogues, and conversation practice. In all cases, I take the time to repeat material, ensuring a pressure-free environment.
Content: The curriculum covers the French alphabet and sounds, pronunciation, everyday vocabulary, basic sentences, reading, introductory writing, fundamental grammar (common verbs, articles, the present tense), and simple conversation. I can also provide assistance with homework for beginner-level students.
Structure: Sessions are conducted via video conference and last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the student's age. We begin with a review, move on to new material, and conclude with an exercise or game to reinforce what has been learned. The pace is adjusted to suit each individual student.
Background: I completed my entire primary and secondary education in French, culminating in a *baccalauréat* (high school diploma) in Economic and Social Sciences. While I am new to tutoring, I am patient, organized, and diligent. I am also able to provide explanations in English if necessary.
