Ms Arpi was more than just a teacher to me — she was a mentor. I always felt understood, supported, and motivated in her classes. Her belief in me as a student made learning English feel meaningful and gave me confidence that stayed with me beyond university.

Ms. Arpine is an exceptional English lecturer and diploma supervisor. Her university lessons are carefully structured and delivered in a way that makes learning engaging, clear, and completely stress-free. She creates a welcoming and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their thoughts thinking outside of box, and practicing speaking and writing skills without fear of mistakes. As my diploma supervisor, she was incredibly patient and attentive, providing detailed guidance and constructive feedback at every step, always encouraging me to improve and grow. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her students make learning with her both productive and enjoyable. I feel very fortunate to have had her support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, positive, and inspiring lecturer.

My collaboration with Ms Hovhannisyan was extremely productive and meaningful. She was an excellent mentor, guide, and coach throughout a challenging period of my academic journey. Under her supervision, I learned a great deal both professionally and personally. If I were given the opportunity to write my graduation paper again, I would undoubtedly choose her as my mentor once more.
