I bring teaching and learning experience dating to 1996, supported by more than eight years of focused consulting, coaching, training and organizational-development practice. My work centres on helping people build practical capabilities they can apply in teams, leadership responsibilities and everyday professional situations. Through Higher Plane Inc., I design and deliver capacity-building programmes for NGO, PBO, SME and community environments. My sessions and development work address leadership, communication, teamwork, professional growth and performance. I translate the needs of a group or client into practical learning activities, clear action steps, coaching tools and follow-through rather than relying on theory alone. My current team-development engagement with Nairobi Baptist Church includes facilitating development conversations, strengthening role clarity and coordination, and coaching people through changes in responsibilities and workflows. Earlier, as Senior Associate Pastor at International Christian Center, I led and developed staff and approximately 100 volunteers in a multicultural environment. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, engage different personalities, adapt to varied levels of experience and keep learning focused on real outcomes. I would bring an engaging, respectful and application-focused approach to your live online sessions and private lessons. I am comfortable facilitating discussion, using relevant examples and exercises, inviting reflection, and helping participants practise skills such as constructive communication, collaboration, decision-making, accountability and time management. I would also tailor the pace and content to each learner, team or business context. I am based in Nairobi, Kenya, and am interested in remote opportunities that can engage an international independent trainer.
